Measure your foot length on paper
Place a piece of paper on a hard floor. Stand on it barefoot with your heel against a wall or straight edge. Mark where your longest toe ends with a pen. Measure from the wall to that mark in millimeters. Do this for both feet—most people have one foot slightly larger. Use the bigger measurement as your baseline.
